This unique design allows the cushion to adjust and fit to the resident, minimizing tissue deformation and maximizing pressure redistribution. The cushion design provides an adjustable air pressure capability and comes with an easy-to-use air pump. The Low-Shear II wipe-clean outer cover reduces skin damaging friction.
